Community is one of STRONG’s key pillars ensuring people have access to a supportive, thriving group of like-minded individuals. During STRONG Week we want to take the time to thank and celebrate our STRONG Humans and wider community for being part of our network.

What is STRONG WEEK?

STRONG Week is a 7-day celebration as we bring together our members and extended community in 65 studios across 8 different countries – Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Singapore, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Each day we will be running competitions to win major daily prizes, as well as introducing a new class structure for 7 days only.

What can you expect from the Movement Team?

A more controlled start to the week then building intensity from Days 1 – 7. Never seen before classes, a team workout on Saturday in groups of 3 or 4 PLUS each day with a different focus, varying from stability, endurance, strength, or a combination!

Monday (Stability):

This is a traditional Pilates class with a twist. Our STRONG WEEK Stability class will work you from head to toe in classic Pilates style, with erg efforts to start and end the class to give you our classic STRONG feeling! This session is designed to get you primed for the week ahead.

Tuesday (Strength):

Not our usual Strength session. You’ll work the whole body split into lower, upper, and core; think supersets, tri-sets, and all the gains! The aim of the game? Lift heavy and with erg blocks sprinkled throughout expect those heart rates to stay high! You’re already STRONG-er!

Wednesday (Endurance):

This session is all about endurance and lasting the distance. This session is programmed to deload the body, work the aerobic energy system, and teach you all about pacing to reach the finish line. It’ll consist of longer and slower flows, but don’t stop there! Your main focus is a long rowflo to keep you moving. .

Thursday (Power – New Structure):

Today’s POWER session aims to push you to your limits. When we work with purpose and intent the benefits show! Today’s intention; work with power and speed! A mix of cardio, dynamic Pilates movements, and low rep, heavy compound movements guaranteed to peak your heart rate! Work hard, recover harder!

Friday (Sprint):

Today you’ll experience sweat on a whole new level! We’ve gone all out on today’s Sprint session! You’ll be moving from the erg to the strength side and back again, 7 different blocks of heart-pumping, sweaty fun! The goal: work hard and test your limits!

Saturday (Community, Team Workout):

Today is all about community and getting together to work as a team. You’ll be working in either a Team of 2 or 4, where you’ll be working together to achieve your goals. You’ll be working back and forth between the erg and strength sides, plus your Pilates-based movements in a circuit-style format. Don’t have a team to work with? Don’t worry! Your STRONG instructor will put you into a team and help guide you through your workout! #GOTEAM

Sunday (The Finisher):

The best of the best! We’ve picked our favourite parts of STRONG Week for you to experience one final time. This is a hybrid-style class consisting of everything STRONG! Get ready for an all-rounder session guaranteed to spike your heart rate, challenge your strength, and test your stability!
