Perfection is unrealistic, unattainable, and uninspiring, while progression is a constant process:

one we opt into every day and one that never ends. There’s always a new goal to achieve and another mountain to conquer. We’re hungry, thirsty, and consistently trying to do better and be better.

COLLABORATION

We work together to achieve better. In our group training, we lift up those beside us and are lifted in return. We also connect with people who possess skills we don’t. From DJs and perfumologists, to professional rowing instructors and every STRONG human. We’re humbled by the fact that we’re not always the best in the room: everyone has something new to offer.

HOLISTIC LIVING

We believe things are deeply connected: like the parts of our bodies and the components of our workouts. To benefit each individual part, we view the thing in its entirety and all the factors that impact it.

There’s more than what meets the eye. We care about more than the surface, but the depth and layers behind our inputs and outputs. There are strong reasons and considerations behind everything we do, from our marketing to our workouts.
