We’re ready to bring you the full STRONG experience right here in the heart of the city. Perfectly located along the river Trent and within close proximity to both football grounds and the universities, making it a convenient destination for your training.
Our studio is thoughtfully designed with 18 beds, plus a private room for one-on-one classes giving you the flexibility to train the way that suits you best. To support your recovery, we’re introducing a dedicated recovery room featuring an ice bath and sauna, ensuring you leave feeling refreshed and restored as well as our signature Eucalyptus soaked towels for the ultimate finishing touch!
At STRONG you will get more than just a work out- it’s an experience. Every class is led by our expertly trained coaches from the STRONG academy, who bring not only their energy and passion but also their refined techniques to help you get the most from every session.
